We surface grind shear and cutter blades from D2 as well as M2 types of tool steel, for multiple industrial applications. At our grinding plant, tight dimensional tolerances are met on parts with thicknesses as low as 0.250″. Our surface wheel grinding process facilitates the production of components with smooth material finishes of approximately 16 Ra – 32 Ra. Shear blades up to 160″ in length can be precision ground by us. We can complete repair and maintenance jobs within a day or two to minimize your equipment downtime.
